Community Assistance

Communities should look for assistance both within and around their communities when it comes to developing a telecommunications plan. The Blandin Foundation provides support through the Community Broadband Resource Program.

Other possible resources include local telecommunications providers and associations, training organizations such as the Minnesota Extension Access E Info program, funders such as the USDA Rural Development Telecommunications Program.
